• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our USA.

• Returns from Canada must be shipped back to our return address in the USA.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, including the original delivery cost from the USA to Canada.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order through our website.
